SmartSeller Studio sells digital products including, but not limited to:
- Excel Templates
- Business Templates
- Digital Bundles
- Marketing Resources
- Educational Materials
- Downloadable Files
- Other Digital Assets
Since all products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase, special refund conditions apply.
2. No Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
Once a product has been downloaded, accessed, or delivered electronically, we cannot revoke access, and therefore refunds cannot normally be issued.
3. Eligible Refund Cases

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Accidental purchases by the customer
- Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
- Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
- Personal preference or dissatisfaction unrelated to product functionality
- Inability to use the product due to incompatible software or devices not listed in product requirements
- Requests made after the refund eligibility period
5. Refund Request Period
Any refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
Requests received after this period may not be considered.
6. Cancellation Policy
Because digital products are delivered instantly, orders cannot be canceled once payment has been successfully processed and product access has been provided.

7. Processing of Approved Refunds
If a refund is approved:
- The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

8. Fraudulent Claims
SmartSeller Studio reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or intended to gain unauthorized access to digital products without payment.
